No Fall Sitting of the Legislature - a BC Tradition

Gordon Campbell has changed the expectations of people in BC as to how often the legislature sits each year.  In the 32 years before became premier the BC Legislature only had full fall sittings 12 times.   Gordon Campbell  had a full fall sitting in eight of his years as premier, only in the first and last did he not have one.

  • Rita Johnson 0 out of 1 year
  • Ujjal Dosanjh 0 out of 2 years
Dan Miller was premier from August 25th 1999 to February 24th 2000, the legislature did not sit while he was premier
