New Harris Decima Federal Poll

There is a new Harris Decima poll out and it continues the same trend we have seen all summer, the Liberals and Conservatives close to each other in national support. The only poll that has been different was a small poll by Ipsos Reid that showed a ten point Conservative lead. No one takes that one seriously.

The only thing within the Harris Decima poll that caught my eye are the results in BC:

A month-long surge in support for the Greens in British Columbia turned that province into a four-way race, with the Tories at 28 per cent, the NDP at 26 per cent, the Greens at 24 and the Liberals at 20.

This is a stronger result for the Greens in BC than Ekos has been showing, but it does show a continued improvement of Green Party support in BC. I do not have the details on how many people surveyed in BC, but it should be about 250 people meaning a margin of error of 6.2% 19 times out of 20.
