Recall can work

There is a recall campaign that could work, one launched against Kash Heed.

Given the scandal around how he got elected, it would be much easier to find volunteers to canvassers and the public left and right would be willing to sign a recall petition.  His situation combines the factors that are needed to recall an MLA, an unpopular government, an unpopular MLA and some form of personal political underhanded dealings.

The fact he is not the target of recall simply points to the lack of political strategy of the recall campaigners. It may be too late to launch a successful recall against him because the steam has been so completely gone out of the recall movement.
