One of the problems BC MPs face but others in Canada do not is how long they have to be in the air each week.
I researched the current schedules of the airlines in Canada to see how bad it is for BC MPs. The table does not include time to get to the airport, waiting in the airport to leave and the arrival time. Stop over times are part of the flight times. Most BC MPs have to fly through Vancouver or Calgary before reaching their destination.
Here are the flight times airport to airport for an MP from BC that is expected to be in Ottawa from Monday 7 am to Thursday at 3 pm
