- Newfoundland Kathy Dunderdale - PC - Dec 3 2010 to current - has not contested an election
- BC Christy Clark - Liberal - not sworn in yet - has not contested an election
Interestingly all three territories have had female premiers but only three of ten provinces have had one.
There has to be an election in Yukon by the fall of this year and should the NDP win government, they would elect Elizabeth Hanson as premier and finally a New Democrat woman would have been elected as premier. Though based on the polls over the past, the odds are long for the NDP to win the election, but in a territory with a very small population who knows what could happen. The polling in 2010 had the Yukon party in third but the Liberals with a commanding lead.
On October 11th 2011 Newfoundland will hold a general election and a women will be elected as premier. The PCs, Liberals and NDP are all lead by women on the Rock.
At some point in 2012 Quebec is likely to go to the polls and there are decent odds that Pauline Marois of the PQ will be elected as premier. She has been leading Charest and the Liberals in the polls for a long time but the Leger poll in February had them closer than they have been in a year.
Also in 2012 there is likely going to be an election in Alberta and there is a chance that they will elect Danielle Smith of the Wildrose Alliance as premier. I will not predict what will happen in Alberta as I am not in touch with their political scene.
After this the next chance for a woman to win a general election in BC in May 2013 when we face our next election in BC.

The other thing you forgot is the Alberta PC's have a strong female leadership candidate in former Justice Minister Allison Redford who might end up taking over from Stelmach

The chance of Danielle Smith becoming premier is low right now, maybe 10% (I don't have any detailed analysis; however, the PCs generally still lead by 10-20 points in the polls).
The candidates for the AB Leadership race are (from most-right to ~most-left):
Ted Morton
Doug Griffiths
Doug Horner
Allison Redford
Most money's on Morton winning it to outflank the Wildrose; however, Redford may bring in more progressives, while Griffiths will demonstrate whether having twitter and a blog qualifies you to be a premier.
