Governments elected in Canada with less than 40% of the vote

Now that the Quebec election is over and Pauline Marois has won a minority government with a small percentage of the vote, here is an updated list of governments elected with less than 40%

Left out of this list are the results in Manitoba from 1920-1949, BC in 1952 and 1953 and Alberta from 1921-1930 because first past the post was not used in those elections.   1919 Ontario is also left out because the winning United Farmers where nowhere close to running a full slate.  Also not on the list are a number of minority governments where the governing party achieved more than 40% of the vote such as the Federal Liberals in 1963 and 1965

Colours indicate the party that won the election, bold indicates a majority government
  1. 31.34% - 1924 BC - Liberals win a minority with 23 of 48 seats - Conservatives won 29.45% and 17 seats and the Provincial Party (BC's UF or Progressives) won 24.16% and 3 seats

Yes well. Canada is now a cesspool of corruption. As we know. Harper had two Americans, Wenzel and Parker, that directly participated in fourteen Conservative campaigns. They even were sent, to knock on Canadians doors.

Elections Canada said, they could not chase Harper's robo-calls into the U.S. They have no jurisdiction there. However, American police are permitted to operated in Canada. The U.S. is permitted to interfere in Canadian elections.

This is why, Harper's election win was rigged. Read: Harper gives a speech in New York, at the Council of Foreign Relations. This was
Sept 25/2007. That's the true, evil agenda.

Have Canadians not seen? How Harper persuades Canadians to shop in the U.S? Have Canadians not wondered about, Harper, Obama and Calderon's border talks?

American company's win Canadian contracts, and bring their own people, to take our Canadians jobs.

Harper also had a many times convicted criminal working for him, Bruce Carson. He has been arrested for influence peddling.

Harper is responsible, for destroying Canadian Democracy. Harper has taken our Civil Rights and Liberties away from us. Our Freedom of Speech is under attack. Our Human Rights are now ignored.

This is why our young people refuse to vote. Votes don't count, in a corrupt country, such as Canada. They react in anger.

There is a web site called. shitharperdid There you will find, just how much the young people despise Harper, his corruption and cheating to win.
