1983 North East coal takes a giant step forward

This 1983 government pr-development video shows how far attitudes have changed in the last 30 years.  No government would try to do something like this now.  No part of the North East coal project was subject to any environmental assessment of any sort.   First Nations title and rights were not considered at all.
